Richard is a founding partner of Blue Iceberg and is currently in an advisory role. Richard oversees the creation of digital marketing strategies which engage consumers with highly relevant experiences that drive business results. He began his career with Procter & Gamble, where he was responsible for financial control of six major brands for P&G Italy and led the European rollout of the Camay Bath and Shower Foam line. After moving to New York he joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in Strategic Planning and Licensing and Acquisitions, then in Brand Management on Excedrin, the flagship $125+ million analgesic brand. Subsequently Richard was VP of Marketing and Sales for Yates Furniture Systems, a national manufacturer of contract office furniture, and led the development of their award-winning website in 1996. Most recently, Richard was General Manager for S4M, a French mobile ad tech company (that had been a Blue Iceberg client) whose US business he helped launch. He is past Chairman of the New York chapter of the Procter & Gamble Alumni Association. Richard is fluent in Italian, French and German, and received a BA from Yale and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
